Retail Adventures’ distribution facilities have to process a high volume of in-bound cartons of varying weights, shapes and sizes and despatch them to around 400 stores nationwide. Many cartons are required to come in and go out on the same day.

Dexion designed and commissioned a cross-docking solution with a capacity to move, sort and despatch up to 9000 cartons per hour with increased accuracy and reduced manual handling.
